Sounds like you need to enter the THCAD scaling parameters in the QTplasmac GUI.
Check the docs for more info

I was about to, but I don’t know where to check the voltage. My thoughts was that I could check the voltage on the torch, but learned that the tip of the torch wasn’t charged. So then I thought that I could check the voltage on the THC input, and to my surprise I got 6.8V. Should I then open my plasma and measure on the torch output or how can I know what voltage I should adjust to? How did you calculate 191V to be the full voltage? It this by experience or can I calculate it?

There is no need to measure anything. Its all described in the docs
There is a scale and offset setting in the GUI
I think there is also a link to a calculator to help work it out.
But its all based on the maths in the THCAD manual.

Hi! I think that i have missunderstod the voltage divider ratio. When i saw the qtplasmac gui then it sais Divider ratio or series resistance. So how do i calculate that? I have entered 1 as i thpout the output was 1:1 but it seams that it's wrong? I'm close now :D
(I still have that 120k plus 1M resistor in series)

You have 2 x 120k resistors so 240k extra.
I have never used that calculator.
Someone else will have to help.

For PnCconf:

If you are using a CNC port with a divider ratio then enter the ratio, for a 20:1 ratio you would enter 20.

If you are using series resistors then enter the total value of the resistors, for 2 x 1M resistors plus 120K you would enter 2120000

Edit: The Help button displays an explanation of this.

you would enter 2240000 not 2120000

If I entered those values the voltage was totally wrong. My thoughts now is to open the plasma and tap in to the raw arc voltage.
Do i do it like this:
I adjust the offset so it shows 0V
fire the plasma and measure the raw voltage and then change the scale to show the same value?

I now upgraded to 2.9 and run qtplasmac and i now got it to work!
But i have now two issues.
-The software emergency switch doesn´t work. I guess that i chose the wrong port when converting from plasmac
-The speed which the THC changes the height is to slow. I think i have the maximum speed for z-axis very slow to not mess up, but what is a reasonable maximum speed? I guess that it´s only probe speed that i should have lower . What is a resonable probe speed with limit floating z limit switch?

the offset should be based on the thcad calibration 0 volt frequency ususally 1/32 of it if using 1/32 divider setting as recommended.
It would be best to ignore calculators and use the THCAD manual and QTplasmac manual and fully understand what you are doing
