Scott.
I found a PDF file I made when dealing with the supplier of BCL-AMP.
I think the item supplied was faulty.
I will find actual pinouts that were sent to me.
Cheers, Lilow.

That does seem faulty compared to the diagnostic measurements shown for resistance in the doc I found attached.

I did get some information regarding the pinouts.
I ordered both the LFS-AP01 and the BCL-Amp at the same time.
The LFS-AP01 costs a lot more, but it is adjustable for voltage to head nozzle height.
After seeing the PDF document you put up, I will go back and retest.
It works so well with the modified DT115.
Can really pinpoint the required voltage to everything connected.
Thanks, Lillow.

I am interested in converting my plasma setup over to a laser but I am having trouble finding information on the effect of my current water table. I assume the splashing from water will interfere with the capacitive height control system? If I ditch the water, how much space below the slats are required? Can I still cut in an empty water pan with about 2" below the slats?

Hello Gentlemen, can you advice how to solve air supply to laser cutter? Is there any solution which would not required huge circuit breakers and high cost. Surely anyone of us could purchase 14kW compressor for 10 K. Is there any solution from the opposite side of spectrum? Inexpensive and yet efficient?
For cutting MS up to 2.5 of thickness at low speed with 1000W laser.

How many liters per minute does it require?

Hello.
Can You be so nice and share how you connected capacitive amplifier to controller (shematic with pin numbers)?
Thank You a lot

Edit: My mistake, I was reading the manual for the BM111. The BM110 does not use the ETC-F100 controller

I am looking at purchasing the Raytools BM110 auto focus head. In the manual, it describes using the ETC-F100 controller to handle the auto focus functions. Is this needed? Or can it be controlled with Mesa hardware and is it something that you've already accomplished?ok but u dont need it,
u can do those from mesa board,,, also chinese Breakout have this, the 5$ one
so we need less parts, involved, to make the laser working,...
our goal here is to make ultimate fiberlaser controller, with easy to use and install ,
i make and applet have all this in qtpy,, i can control laser directly and gas,

Hello.
I have this head haaslti.com/laser-components/robotic-end-effector.html
In the front has a capacitive sensor what electronics need to interface this sensor?
For focus has a dc servo that is easy controllable by linuxcnc but what about capacitive sensor
that reads the distance from material?
