What is the best method to test the spindle encoder signals in PathPilot ??

you can use halshow and set a counter to the signal so you see in watch tab if it is triggering the pulses

He is using pathpilot, i never used it although i do have version 1.9 somewhere, it complained a lot when i did try to install it, so i abandoned it, for now.
