Opencv Python camera program was created by my1987toyota
So I have been working on the PnP project this week and it is to the point of running a job.
I have made a Python program in the past using Opencv to independently spot locations
on the pcb. After some use I decided to add a center circle and hash marks to enable
more precise centering . Currently they are in 720 X 720 . Feel free to use and look the
programs over. These might be in Python 2 and may need adjusting to work in Python 3
