Is there any documentation on what each pin is intended for in the qtpyvcp section in hal show? I have read this thread:
www.forum.linuxcnc.org/qtpyvcp/46831-pro...by-a-decimal?start=0
I got my spindle load indicator working based on that thread but what is spindle-load-indicator.in-i?
I am also curious on how probe-led.enable, probe-led.io and probe-led.out should be used. All the other pins are pretty obvious to me.

I don't know if this answers your question, but the VCPs tend to create both Integer (-i) and float (-f) inputs for each indicator for HAL convenience.

those are for the on screen trigger for the probe, the graphics probe tip is a probe trip button that is hidden, it is there for testing probing routines when in development mode. it is also connected to the on screen graphic triggered led.
