Hi, I have a problem with qtdragon.
I have linux 2.9 master and tried to install qtdragon_hd.
However, I get an error just like in the picture.
What am I doing wrong?

Looks like you are using master not 2.9.
Can you run linuxcnc in a terminal and post any output?
posting your config files might be helpful too please.

I installed 2.8.4 buster from iso. Later I upgraded to master. ( my mistake i took the example from the 2.9 update video )
then I installed Python 3.7, Qt 5 and then Install QtPyVCP. I had to manually install pip3 numpy because some error popped up.
When I open via CNC-LinuxCNC-sim.qtdragon_hd then it starts. One when I created the configuration via Stepconf and rewrote all the data as in the example:
linuxcnc.org/docs/devel/html/gui/qtdragon.html
this pops up the error seen in the first post.

Can you tell me how to post any output to you?
If I type linuxcnc in the terminal, this is what I get:

ok ya that shows a hint.
If I understand correctly, it's a configuration that you have editted that does not run properly?

Now I need to see your configuration files. Archive them and post them here please.

Fir some reason milltask is not finishing initialization in time.
Also the debug messages have weird symbols that make me wonder of python version problems.

Can you run a version that works and post the terminal output for it?

The Qtdragon error is not the real problem. It shows because linuxcnc didn't initialize properly.
