Thanks for being a good sport haha.
Yeah we had to do some tricky stuff and use the m64 and m65 commands for torch on and off in the g-code. Also had to manually add in the pauses before and after cutting to ensure a good arc and full cut had been made.
There's some other odd stuff going on in the background too. The machine thinks the rotary axis is linear and 1 inch of travel is actually 1 rotation. We made a post processor for sheetcam that scales any unwrapped tube profile to be within 1inch as well to correspond to the 1 revolution needed. Lots of strange stuff happening lol.

DANNNNGGGGGGG. This is so impresive. The arc cuts are actually so clean. Wish I had something like this in my FSAE group.
