No iov2 pins are available in the latest update, everything works when rolling back to release 2.9.3. What's the reason?

As I understand it, 'iocontrolv2' has been removed in master:
github.com/LinuxCNC/linuxcnc/pull/2497

Using a remap seems to be the suggested alternative.

If someone updates the text of the documentation, then in 2.9.3-2099 everything is unchanged in iocontrol-v2
