Hello.
I'm sorry, I do not know English. This can be resolved with EMC the following things? I want to do such a machine
Homemade servo controllers are (ELM CHAN) In Solid Works was designed by my friend. How do I import into the program? It is possible to solve this? Thank you

EMC2 can easily do that.
The tricky part is generating the g-code. I would suggest you find a very good CAM program. (One with good tech support available to you--which means you'll have to shop.)

Thank you. Which CAD program to offer. My friend has designed in Solid Works, but not yet tried to generate g-code. Why tricky?

It's tricky because there are complex curves that are almost impossible to hand-code.
