The power supply in the BP is gnipsel.com/images/bp-knee-mill/bpel01.jpg the blue cap and the square thingy is the bridge rectifier GBPC3506 from DigiKey about $4, I'll look a the cap and resistor tomorrow. Dunno why you would have bridge rectifier in a RPC...

JT thanks again, the comment about RPC, the caps require a balance between the legs of the 3 phase and depending on how the caps are wired (in parallel vs. serial) to tweak the Mf of each leg. There are 12 to 15 capacitors in the cabinet of a 10 hp unit.
In the pic the 7i77 board is at the top and the 3 card/boards are the 5i25 and other control boards are at the bottom right hand side where the fan is where does the outside air enter?
Chris

You don't use a bridge rectifier in a RPC. I've also built dozens of RPC's gnipsel.com/shop/rpc/rpc.xhtml

Just to be clear in my mind about the "bridge rectifier" (from building a 3 phase converter I have some experience with them)

The 3 cards at the bottom right are the axis drives. The 5i25 is in the PC sitting on top of the cabinet. Yes it is a vented cabinet that was part of the original Anilam 1100M conversion.

JT hope all is well with you, have you had time to look at the power supply for the Anilam 1100M to find the value on the capacitor and resistor on your BP?
Many thanks,
Chris

Have not, but I just stood on my head to read the cap lol. It's a Mallory CGS502T200WSC and has 5000 MFD 200VDC on it. The resistor is 5k ohm 5% 10w.
