Hi,
hope i got the right Forum.
I have build a CNC mill and trying to work with it.
But it will not work with me!!
The Axis an handmade G codes working fine.
Now i am trying to import G code from Fusion360 and EMC2 makes strange things.
Before starting milling it goes with the Z axis fully down. As a sample.
So my question.
Is there anyone near Frankfurt, Darmstadt or Würzburg who i can visit and talk about basic thing for me to understand?
Thanks in forward

You could alter this in the postprocessor, but it is probably safer to reconfigure the Z axis.
Most CAM systems expect Z = 0 (in G53 coordinates) to be at the top, and all lower positions to be negative numbers.
They output G-code which starts with G53 Z0, and in your case that is bad.
If the axis currently goes from 0 (bottom) to 275 (top) then change the limits (and home positons) to be -275 at the bottom and 0 at the top.
