linix cnc retrofit using 2 mesa 5i25

I'm trying retrofit cnc miling machine using two 5125 mesa



one 5i25 with 7i77 (5i25+7i77) as mesa 0
I connect 7i77 to analog servo as Z axis . i configure pncconf page like below





and other 5i25 card use as step and direction as mesa 1 X axis and Y axis like below




without err linux cnx is open and i enable drives through the linux cnc

but the problem is my Z motor rotate slowly . Im going to PID tune my Z axis i put some value to my P gain (P=1.1 / P=3/ P=10 / P=20 ) like that , nothing happen motor moving slowly . i think values are not get in to the system.

can i fix that?

2. Velocity mode servo tuning is 99% dependent on FF1 see
