For wiring, I would strongly recommend bootlace ferrules for connecting the wires in to the cage clamps.
The 4-way crimps do a good job, and are rather fun to watch operate, as a bonus.

Thanks for the suggestion, I've never seen a crimp tool like that!
Ok for homing... Since this mill has already been setup and is working good, I don't think I want to run PNCconf, right? I can just manually enter in the homing info?
Right now when the table is to the left it's at 121.0579" and when it's to the right, 92.4215". Where does this info go? INI file under x-axis?

I would suggest making a new, dummy, pncconf config (using the same input file to save time) and then you can use what it does as a guide to what you need.

Can you hold my hand a little more? Sorry to be such a pain in the ass...
So running pncconf, I'd choose the 2nd option and then go to the x-axis part?
Where is "homing" ran? Is there a program for this or do you just manually enter the info in the ini file?
