How can I make in order to the xyzbc Spindle rotary tilting (is a example of 5 axis linuxcnc configuration) really work? I gather that I should use the folder named "hallib" to complete my hal folder. is that correct? Or what is that "hallib" folder for? I don't see any configuration for the stepper motor in the hal file, in short, what do I need for this machine to work? What do I need to edit? I don't speak English, sorry if you don't understand some of the things I write

The simulation configuration is not meant to contol a real machine. For that you can start pncconfig and enter your hardware configuration. That will create a folder containing your machine configuration. After that you will have to modify the INI and HAL files in the created folder to set up the kinematics.
