It is an old Hydrotel tracer mill, and yes it is hydraulic feed. They had a later model with a Getty's electronic tracer and drives with screws. If I recall it is around 40 HP and well-built.

I don't know if anyone has run a servo-hydraulic actuator with LinuxCNC. It should work well. The drawback is noise, oil and power consumption.
