Does this CNC machine price makes any sense? was created by PhilipME
at only USD 1000 price and free delivery
It takes full board, and ATC.
I am sure it can't be true, but then why they do this?

That's prepayment, but even the full payment seems too cheap

The only way they can do this for under $1K delivered is to ship it in a rather small box, with LOTS of small parts, and you have to put it together and get it all aligned.
Even still, I can't figure out how they can do it this cheap. Buyer beware!

US $3,595.50 is still way to low, but i have seen this before, price is low but the shipping is sky high, something like 936$ shipping for a 350$ machine.
From experience of some of my clients, they ordered a 9000$ machine with this size with no ATC, payed, then got another invoice for shipping and customs for 4500$, then had to pay nearly 5000$ our tax and our customs, despite the invoice of 4500$ from them stating that our customs are included there! ~19000$ all in, several of them, not just one.
Our country often gives grants for such equipment, so people keep buying them, leaving them collect dust for some time then sell them on. Disgraceful! Some do use them, those that work, that is, as the failure rate is way to high for a new type of Ethernet controller they use lately.
