"Local APIC disabled by BIOS -- you can enable it with "lapic"
and
"RTAI[hal]: ERROR, LOCAL APIC CONFIGURED BUT NOT AVAILABLE/ENABLED."
are at least part of your troubles

You should only run the pure simulator on your laptop! Due to hardware power saving on laptops it is not recommended that you try and run a machine from a laptop. But if your brave and determined I've heard tell of at least one person that was able to run a machine on a laptop with the real time kernel after sinking a ton of time at the task.
