Okey will it work with the paralleport or will i need something else? If we talk about CNC Sinumerik 3T as an example?

yeah it says it has a parport. it is a header on the board that gets a cable and db25 connector that mounts in the case rather than being mounted to the board directly. the latency on these looks pretty good and according to at least one thread some atom based boards though they report less latency they actually don't report the latency as reliably and wont run a pid loop as fast.
parallel ports work ok for step based output but i think a mesa fpga card may be needed for a retrofit on a cnc machine. a parallel port alone may be enough for a conversion that doesn't need a lot connected to it. which card is needed may depend on the existing servo controllers.

If this is supplied with it, I am sure it is OK.
Just be aware that users of other boards with headers have found that the header is 26 pin and when a ribbon connector is plugged
in, pin 26 actually lines up with the red striped wire in the ribbon cable (pin 1) !
Causes all sorts of problems because your pins are all backwards
