Took a bit to work out the bugs on this but I got this thing running ubuntu precise 12.04 and the 3.4.55-rtai-2 kernel. Had to adjust a few things in xorg in order to solve some crashing issues and to get my touch screen working.
Only minor issue is the mouse flickers when I use it.
Running her down as hard as I could to the point where even icons were taking a minute to populate max jitter is only 5286(1ms) & 4226(25µs).
Still need to get some Mesa cards, this board does not come with a Parallel port but I planned on getting the 6i25 anyways.

If I recall correctly I had to disable some things in compiz. I have since moved onto Debian Wheezy for this machine, and that required recompiling the RT kernel to use hid-multitouch for my touchscreen.
