hardware check Jetway NF9I-255

hi folks how does Jetway NF9I-255 look for a lathe setup with a Mesa 5i25+7i76? My full size tower just died as I am trying to figure out how this all works and I would rather not have to mess around with more old hardware never mind my shop is tiny so smaller is better. This board has a full size PCI card slot so that is a good thing. I am not sure about the onboard video but otherwise it looks like it should work and it is passively cooled which is a good thing.

I am in Norway so my choices are more limited than in the US or UK.

should work fine , as the most critical parts are done off board , on the 5i25 etc .
can't say over the video specifically but should be fine .
