That is an Nvidia CUDA procesing unit used for rendering and in some cases password cracking as they have hundreds of procesing cores for that type of work.
It is a magnificent piece of technology but Nvidia has proven not so friendly with open source, although their proprietary drivers work perfectly under Linux, so i am a bit confused about what can be done with that type of board.
If you have more info, please share.
I am fully aware of the enormous processing power they have, i just do not know if they can be used for Linuxcnc.

Probably the first step here would be seeing if you can get decent latency on the hardware
with a Preempt-RT or perhaps Xenomai kernel. The only thing I could find on the net about RT and
the TK1 was not promising (ms latencies)
