Hello

I'm very happy with LinuxCNC so far. But yesterday when I loaded a program with multiple work offsets (+/- 140.000 lines gcode) the user interface is very slow. Jogging is slow and doesn't respond fast to the input. Same for setting zero etc. Running the program is no problem though, runs great. But my question is it possible to boost performance? I can of course edit the gcode and make sub programs.
But I'm curious what's the max limit of gcode lines?

The controller PC is a Asrock D1800B-ITX, 4GB RAM, SSD and a MESA 5i25/7i76.

Often this is due to the preview graphics drawing with a complicated design
If you are running Axis, try turning off "Show Program" in the "View" menu

( You can get an idea of how much CPU time axis is using by running "top" }

I use Gmoccapy. I just checked with "top" and CPU usage is 99% when loading a program.
It idles back to a normal CPU usage and when I jog it shoots back to 99%.

I will try to use a faster computer to see if there is a difference.
