End 2017 PC Build for 7I77 retrofit : which motherboard, cpu, video card ?

I have been lurking for months but now it is time to take action.

I will order soon a kit with a 7i77 for the retrofit of a VMC.

I have read many posts on various forums about what motherboard to use. But most of the time, the posts are old and the motherboard is not available anymore for sell.

In addition, I am hesitating on 5i25 or 6i25 because of the motherboard. The motherboards with PCI bus are becoming rare.

I intend to use a touch screen later so I would like to have a good hardware to cope with.

thank you for your inputs.

In between, i found on a Tormach forum that the Gigabyte GAH81M-SP2H motherboard was giving good results wih PathPilot that is running with a touchscreen. So I ordered one refurbished from amazon.com. Will see when I test it. If it turns bad I will get the one you recommend.

Your all in one is a great bargain and I am on the other side of the channel
