Ok, so I bought the small PC.
After some intensive running of youtube, glxgears and some other random open windows, Test Results are as follows:
Servo thread max interval: 2164295, Max jitter: 1169015, last interval: 982595
base thread max interval 1215637, Max jitter 1190755, last interval 24917
I paid about $40 for it and can sell it to a family member if need be. Can also upgrade the RAM and CPU if it will fix it.
Note, I was using the internal WiFi card (some PCI type socket) as I could not get the normal Ethernet connected to the network for internet connection. This could probably also hinder the test.
So what is your verdict?

Now I tried the stretch image and the results are as follows:
Servo thread Max interval 1025346, Max jitter: 25829, Last interval: 998332
Base thread Max interval: 65721, Max jitter: 40721, Last interval: 24940
I tried doing everything I did in the previous test so hopefully it is comparable.

The first test was terrible. Unusable.
The second test is pretty good, it should work fine.
As it happens, with the 7i76E you have to use the Stretch image anyway, so that's fortuitous.
The first test looked a lot like SMI, and might have been fixable, but there is no point now.

Latency test.
The photos in the following order.
Before loading the desktop; -After loading the desktop (a video on you tube and some pages opened randomly). -And the last 2 photos after closing what had opened.
What do you advise me, the pc is good or should I think of another?
I do not open music because I do not have sound on this pc. Video that I see on you-tube is only image, (without sound)

All of the results in the last post are very good, so you can use it for sure.
For the 7i76E you have to use the stretch version, not the wheezy one.
