My perfect laptop.

I use my laptop for, well, everything. This includes testing linuxcnc on real hardware.



It runs rt_prempt very well and allows me to pass through the dedicated video to a Windows vm.



Very happy. Not the newest system on the block (4th gen) but nice.

Great build! I also have been using my laptop for a long time, but mostly for my work and study ( assignments and tests). I have an old HP Pavilion dv6-3022sr, but I don't know whether it's suitable for such purposes. Maybe I need to modify it?

i used to have this model, but unfortunately it is cannot handle graphics intensive tasks, such as modelling and stuff. then i upgraded to a new model with 1660ti installed. although its a mobile version, but it works like a breeze.
