Clive, I would go with the J1900 as thats the Brix I have had on my table with a 7i76e. You need to use a USB wifi adapter on these machines and toss the included card out.
When I looked for you, the N2807 was 57% more energy efficient which rang warning bells for me re latency. But really I have no idea.

EDIT and the Brix N3160 also works

Same here, usable for keyboard and mouse, maybe for WiFi, but there it ends. To slow for anything else.
USB hub, preferably powered.

Clive, My J1900 has 2 USB2 and 1 USB3.
So the USB3 goes to the monitor for touchscreen and it has a built in 3 port hub.
I use a Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo so it uses one USB2 leaving one for the Wifi Dongle. Its kinda handy having wireless as you can move the keyboard and mouse right out of the road..
The N3160 has an extra USB port from memory..

Clive, pretty sure this is the N3160 unit I have www.gigabyte.com/uk/Mini-PcBarebone/GB-BACE-3160-rev-10#ov
I actually bought it and got it going then found a cheap J1900 in the same form factor which is the one I am using on the spaceship despite it having 1 less USB.
The wireless keyboard and mouse sets I use are only cheap about $20 or so. Had a key sticking a couple of days ago but removed it and cleaned it out and its fine again.
EDIT: That J1900 seems to be the one I have.
