Is there an arm64 architecture version of linux cnc for the jetson nano with rt-preempt patch ? if there is not, is anyone developing one ?

you do not need a patch
just install the standard iso
www.linuxcnc.org/testing-stretch-rtpreempt/

Not an ARM64 architecture that he is asking for.
There is ARMHF here
buildbot.linuxcnc.org/dists/buster/master-rtpreempt/
But no ARM64.
