New RPI 400 2.2ghz OC also RPi4 CM with PCI was created by Cncninja
So anyone thinking about the new Raspberry Pi 400 that has the faster 1.8ghz chip and is stable at 2.2ghz and runs cool? There are a few tare downs and looks like it would make a great little console flipping the keyboard down. Also, the CM pi4 is out with fast emmc memory and a PCI slot... Mesa card direct?? or PCI parallel port... I'm probably better off buying an x86 but still ...

I had seen some tear downs of them as well . I will definitely be keeping an eye on them and the pi4 .
I like re-purposing old hardware whenever possible but since most things will be switching over to
64bit only The RPi and the like should be a relatively inexpensive solution .

Yeah seen it, do not care about overclock at all ( this from a guy who overclocked a Pentium 1 from 200 to 233 MHz back in the days and ever since till ..... i got old ! ), but the idea of putting inside a tiny keyboard is golden, now we just need some mice with short tails and a short HDMI cables !

grrrr being an old pandanic bugger, eMMC is not memory. It's,it's it's it's (where's my pills)
storage,storage,storage,storage,storage,storage,storage,storage,storage,storage,storage,storage,storage,storage,storage,storage,storage,storage,storage.
Randomly pulling this off the interwebs:
Yes the RPi 400 does look interesting, tho I'd opt for a Mesa ethernet solution. Now should I get one, for the hell of it ?
Kinda reminds me of the days spent basing away with basic to load assembler routines into the old Z80 based VZ-300. Now can we a have cassette storage, cos that would just be awesome.
