Motherboad with PCI slot

Anyone buy a motherboard lately with a PCI slot that has decent latency for a Mesa 5i25 machine? I guess if need be the motherboard could have a PCIe slot and use a 6i25.

See if you can find a used Fujitsu PC, some that have black cases with a red stripe are very good and they go for 70 to 150$ and am pretty sure both types i tested had a single PCI slot. The big one was Fujitsu ESPRIMO P700 E90+ 2nd gen Intel® Core™ i5 i5-2500.
