How can we overclock the Raspberry Pi 5, which currently has Debian installed on it? I want it to be faster. Are there any commands that will increase the CPU voltage and frequency? Or what can I do to make it faster? I installed a fan cooler, what else can be done?

Get a nvme drive for it
The RPi5 is quite quick enough for running Linuxcnc.
Or just get a proper PC.

Linuxcnc works fine with Raspberry Pi 5, but when I watch it on the GUI, the positions are a bit delayed. When I use it with a PC, there is no problem. It communicates with 6 servo drivers and a PLC. It would probably be better if its speed increased a bit.

I’d try google and any of Jeff Gerlings stuff on YouTube.
But honestly I think you’re using the wrong tool, the RPi5, for the job.
The small Lenovo’s that are popping up around eBay and such are a far better solution.

It might help to change to wayland or xorg in case you already did.
Most likely overclocking won't help much. If you're isolating 3 cores, you could try isolating 1 or 2 cores instead.

I tested it for a long time, there is no problem in its operation, only the location information comes to the gui a little late while it is working, but this is not a big problem. It can be used in this way.
