I came across this Linux based all in one cnc controller, and it's cheap. I wonder what's under the hood software wise,  anyone seen it yet ?

I would not bother with it, especially after i have removed several and replaced with a normal PC and LinuxCNC.

Agree, most are running a proprietary embedded system, but this one is an ARM-based Linux system with 3d gpu. I wonder if it's a port of LinuxCNC and or we can mod it

Most of these little ones are linux. They are "ok", but most are pretty limited in features and performance.

I have a DDCSV3.1 and its cool to have an all in one single box, but it doesn't come close to linuxcnc. Contouring motion is very poor and its limited to 250khz pulse rates.

Linux 5.6 is a very old kernel. we are now up to 6.12 and Debian Bookworm had advanced to 6.1.37 before being replaced by Trixie yesterday
