G54 offsets problem was created by grandixximo
The G54 offset is working fine, that is when i start my Gcode from the beginning, but if i right click a line in the G-code, and i do "run from here", i'll get a message that tells me that one of the movement previous to the line that i have selected is out of limit.
This is because my minimum limit on the machine X0 Y0 Z0 but my g-code have some arcs and line on negative positions, since i have G54 out of the way it should not be a problem, in fact it's not a problem if i start my program from the beginning, only spit error message when i try to run from the middle of the g-code
Should i use other offsets parameter and not G54?

I think this is a bug in AXIS (it calculates the soft limits wrong) that has been fixed for the new release 2.5.
Andy may answer as he fixed that bug....
