OK - So it's not fixed or I don't see any problems on 11 gauge or thinner, but problem still there on 3/16". It just seems like the G04 P0.2 (or whatever) is sometimes being ignored. I ended up using G04 P0.6 to get through the job.
Alone, I can't watch everthing during this time, but by watching the screen's arc-ok light and listening to the torch/table, I don't think the arc-ok is faulting. Is there any suggestions of what I can check or monitor in order to better understand this problem?
Basically, it's: move to position, touch-off, lift to pierce height, fire torch, wait upto 5 seconds for arc-ok signal, wait 0.2 seconds, move Z to cut height, and cut. But sometimes when the torch fires, it's like it is going straight to cut height and moving through the lead-in without any waiting after the torch actually fires.
Any insight greatly appreciated!!

So - It seemed to be a noise issue. At least it seems so at 65 amps. I replaced the plasma control cable with a shielded one and re-routed the torch lead and after 385 pierces all observing the coded pierce timing, I NOW feel like I have this taken care of.....Again.
Thanks for the replies.
