Is it possible to create a G-code for these drilling thread milling cutters?
Bore thread milling cutters are tools which can use thread milling to produce a tapping drill hole, 90° counterbore and thread in a single operation.

Yes. Spiral milling is a simple G2 or G3 move with a Z change.
(It can be multi-turn by adding a P but I don't think that thread-milling requires that)
