M03, M05 showing red in editor

Hi,
First time here! I have my mill now running machinekit on a Beaglebone with GMOCCAPY.

So I can move and start everything using manual and MDI modes. I wanted to write a short program but when I load it and try to run the M03 and M05 commands are blocked red in the editor and the program won't run. I can issue those commands fine in MDI mode however.

Any insight here much appreciated.

Thanks - I had thought there was an issue with the codes hence the red but it appears they just appear red anyway. I had a couple of other issues with the file but managed to sort them out so that it now runs fine.
