Hello,
I'm trying to thread on my lathe.
The machine executes the threading command.
but I notice the following the movement is not continuous, the advance goes to zero and then gives a value of 235mm / min on average. until you reach the programmed distance.
I have another lathe with linuxcnc and it executes the threading cycle perfectly.
The spindle encoder is 2500ppr with A, B and Z channel.
working with 5i25-7i77
What can generate this error?

Is the spindle scaling correct, and in the right direction?
Perhaps the system thinks that the spindle is turning faster than it is?
