Lathe pauses at N21

no encoder, but we have a winner. I added in a "setp spindle.0.speed-in 100" into the HAL and have movement.

Still having no movement on the retract Z move though.

Success! With all the testing I went back to F360 and redid the post processing. All good now and roughed out a design I made.
