G-code syntax highlighting for Geany ? was created by jbraun
Title = the question. Does this exist ?
I did search the forum.
edit: It turns out Mousepad does g-code highlighting. gcode.lang and ngc.lang are hiding in /usr/share/gtksourceview-2.0/language-specs/ so needed to be linked to gtksourceview-3.0
Running Debian 10 with xfce

I have looked at this in the past for Geany and not get very far.
geany.org/manual/hacking.html#adding-a-filetype
There is a lexer file here:
www.dynomotion.com/forum/archive/attachments/LexGCode-3150.cxx
But I have not tried combining it with Geany.
