A rounded corner instead of a sharp corner was created by Topi69
Hi everyone,
I found mistake in my cnc software running.
It make rounded corner instead of all a sharp corner. (see pic below)
I ran the milling of the "LinuxCNC" text dry
It is interesting that if I increase the size of the text with the parameter, the rounding also increases.
What I wrong?
Please help me!

To me it looks like you need to tweak G64 setting.
Have a look at forum.linuxcnc.org/20-g-code/44022-understanding-g64-behavior

However... If it is trajectry control I wouldn't expect the rounding to scale with the text size, unless the accelleration settings of the machine are so low that it can't get up to speed in the straight portions of the letters.
How carefully did you tune your machine accelleration settings?

My acceleration is little bit slowly, because the steppers is big (8,7Nm), but the machine run without gear transmissions.
for example:
Speed = 33 mm/s (2 m/min)
Acc. = 50 mm/s2
It reach max. speed = 0,66 sec / 10.89 mm
