Just set up a new computer with 2.6 Master run in place using Git.
Getting ready to set up the joystick and went to Show Hal Configuration and axisui.set-mdi-mode no longer appears.
Anyone else notice this?

Dave & Dewey,

Thank you.
I have been using halui.mode.mdi and halui.mode.manual for some time now on my joypad / pendant.
The problem was that the Axis gui could come out of sync which could cause problems with the program and the display.

So when using the pendant to switch modes we also used axisui.set-mdi-mode and created a new pin axisui.set-manual-mode to also switch Axis.
This is a big improvement and makes the hal file cleaner and upgrading easier.
