Max speed slider and max jog speed slider

Hello,

Using Axis, I would like to define a Max jog speed slider about half of the Maximum speed, so that the user cannot use the sliders more than that (so that the user cannot jog at high speed unless pressing the shift).
I can change those sliders but unfortunately only both at the same time using MAX_VELOCITY setting. Maybe a MAX_JOG_VELOCITY exists ??
