mode selector

I would like to know if a "manual auto mdi" selector can be used with permanent contact.
I tried it with halui but it does not work well, probably want a momentary contact.

momentary ... but the manner to use it it is not so linear .... there are some Jon Thorton snipset code that learn to use ... search for "pause resume button" or "hold start button" or "toggle2nist pause button" in these forum.

Ovvero cerca qui sul forum: "pause resume button" or "hold start button" or "toggle2nist pause button" ... ci sono alcuni post di JonThorton con esempi di codice da cui si capisce meglio l'uso corretto. Aggiungo in oltre che linuxcnc dopo il comando run mette la macchina in automatico da solo per default.
Piuttosto l'uso del comando teleop dovrebbe preoccuparti .... ha delle chiamate sutomatiche che generaro dei warning inattesi. Nulla che blocchi il comando di run o il funzionamento ma piuttosto fastidiosi (anche se tu volessi lavorare senza gui).
