In the preview in AXIS I can see my work (exported from fusion) is placed in the negative areas (on all axis). Meaning it is not placed where everyone else's seems to be (In the position quadrant). Where and how can I trouble shoot this? I built a machine and am trying to get my first test cut.

Never used Fusion, but pretty sure there has to be setup for machine dimensions and origin in there, that should be done before exporting something and giving it a run.
Also when drawing stuff, there is always the origin of the Cartesian space with X, Y and Z extents.
