X axis position in Display Area was created by krigby
First, let me say that I am totally new to linuxcnc so forgive my stupid questions.
I noticed in the Display area that the position of fhe z axis is displayed (see attached file) but not the x axis.
FYI, I do not have limit switches yet, but I set HOME_SEARCH_VEL to 0 for both axes. Fun fact, after I did that, and restarted LinuxCNC, that setting was deleted on both axes (see the attached vevor_lathe.ini file)
So my question is how to do I get the X axis position to display the same way the Z axis does now?

For a lathe configuration you get 'Rad' = radius and 'Dia' = diameter value in the DRO instead of a single X value. So you already have x axis position in two different ways.
