Restarting after failure was created by gardenweazel
I was and hour into a 3 hour program last night and the program halted. There was no movement. Spindle was still running.
I immediately raised Z and shutoff the spindle. X and Y remain exactly where they were. My last position file contains this:

Then I took a screen shot as follows:
My question, how do I get back to the last line of code? I scrolled thru the executing lines of code looking for the last executed line but
could not find the highlighted line.
Any ideas or feedback is kindly appreciated.

Open the gcode file in a text editor (mousepad in your case), search for one of the values shown in DRO, see if you can find a line with all 3 values as shown there.
Does the machine have home switches?

I have home/limit switches, one switch per axis.
I actually tried searching for those lines in the gcode file. However, there are a lot of G2's and G3's which complicate things.
I'm wondering if there's a gcode program that would translate the G2's and G3's?
