Webcam lens position tolerances

Hi all,

just a fast update from my side:

The sighting telescope did not work for a distance under 2meter...
But I found an old camcorder with a 75mm tele-lens in a 2nd hand store next door.
Adapter for the lens is ready and 1st test shows good result at 400mm distance.

Now I have to solve the problem how to mount a 500gr lens that is really large to the machine without movement and damages under heavy vibrating conditions...

I will give you an update as soon as I have made some tests.
