Thank you.
Writing the program and "python" are being studied by the beginner.
It was possible to self-solve it though the timing of capture managed not to have been understood.

It wants to add the function and to use it for "set the origin".

Do you really want to write another webcam app with same functionality?
There are plugins for camview for crosshair and to export it's position into EMC
