RT HAL Component using an externa library and API

Dear Andy and Peter,

We are checking the links.
I appreciate for your guidances. For the moment we plan the following:
Plan A:
1. Test our USBized sensor interfaced with our userspace HAL component using a known test object for its "real-timeness",
2. If it is not satisfactory we will modify Andy's mesa_uart.comp and write a real-time parser HAL component and convert the byte array to real number to be used in our application,
3. Also syntesize a suitable configuration for our 5i23+7i37 system interfaced with a RS422 transceiver.

Plan B:
Hope this works. In the worst case we plan to collect and store sensor data against the encoder using a dedicated board like Arduino or Teensy in real-time and download the acquired data to LinuxCNC PC off-line over USB and a Python code.
