halui and axis are two separate programs used to communicate with the linuxcnc motion controller.
They do not communicate with each other.
And motion does not broadcast current jogging requests.

You would need to modify AXIS for this type of control

i never programmed with python before. so i have no experience.

Is there a way to work with an Output From Halui like "Z is moving Positive" ?

Hi,
you can probably do it with DDT by watching the sign of the output . If you link it to Z position .

Check comp and DDT

P.S. Check the probe option . G38

Cheers

Are you using hal show or hal watch?

To see a change to sure to select the "watch" tab.

Hal show will not show a change of state, only the state when selected hal watch will.
