On my machine I use panel buttons for jogging.
Now I switched my system to LinucCNC 2.8 from 2.7 and have trouble getting the jogging buttons to work.
Jogging works with the keyboard and the mouse buttons on the axis ui.
(My panel buttons also work in gmoccapy but that uses its own halpins for jogging)

It used to work like this:
net x-plus-panel            => halui.axis.x.plus
net x-minus-panel           => halui.axis.x.minus
net y-plus-panel            => halui.axis.y.plus
net y-minus-panel           => halui.axis.y.minus
net z-plus-panel            => halui.axis.z.plus
net z-minus-panel           => halui.axis.z.minus
net a-plus-panel            => halui.axis.a.plus
net a-minus-panel           => halui.axis.a.minus

Now I can see halui.axis.x.plus becomes active when I press the panel button and I can see that halui.axis.jog-speed is not zero but the axis does not move.
I would really appreciate it if somebody could give me a hint.
Thanks

Is this before you have homed? before homing there are only joints.
\Might need to add the joint pins
halui.joint.0.plus
